Hire a Videographer - Podcast Filming Packages

A podcast is audio-first. A vodcast is video-first (multi-camera, good lighting, clean audio), and then you can still export the audio version for Spotify/Apple.

If you want growth in 2026, video is usually the smarter starting point because:

• it’s easier to repurpose into short clips
• it builds trust faster
• it performs well on LinkedIn, YouTube, Shorts, Instagram and TikTok

The base package is designed to cover a standard episode (or batch a few short ones):

• up to 2 hours on-site filming
• 2-camera multi-angle setup
• pro microphones + lighting
• a timecode reference copy (so you can mark edits easily)
• a finished edited podcast (or podcasts if you batch)
• delivery to your hard drive, or we can compress/upload for £50

It’s meant to be simple: you turn up and talk — we handle the rest.

Yes and it’s one of the easiest ways to stay consistent.

A 2 hour session can realistically produce:

• 1 longer episode + 6–12 short clips
• or 2–4 shorter episodes batched for a month of posts

Batching is how you stop the “we’ll do it next week” cycle.

We can keep it as light-touch or hands-on as you want.

Most clients do best with:

• a simple episode structure (intro, 3 talking points, closing CTA)
• a list of “clip moments” to aim for (hot takes, stories, mistakes, lessons, stats)
• 5–10 common questions your customers ask

If you’d like, we can provide a pre-shoot prompt sheet so you’re not winging it.

For on-site filming, you provide:

• a quiet(ish) room/space
• two chairs and a small table if needed
• a bit of time either side for setup

We bring:

• cameras, lenses, tripods
• microphones, recorders, headphones
• lights, stands, cables
• the boring broadcast experience that stops problems before they happen

For the London studio option, it’s even easier the setup is already there.

It includes the same multi-cam filming + edit as the base package, plus:

• a central London studio space
• furniture/sets (chairs, tables)
• controlled lighting environment
• parking available

It’s ideal if you want a consistent look every time, or you don’t have a good filming space.

By default, you’ll receive the finished edits, plus the timecode reference copy to mark sections.

If you want the full camera files as well, just ask  we can provide them, but the main aim of this service is shipping usable content, not giving you a data management problem.

You mark what you want to keep/remove using the timecode copy.
We complete the edit based on that.

Further changes after the initial edit are charged at £62/hour (usually only needed if the brief changes or you want multiple alternative versions).

Yes and if this page is “social-first”, I’d make this a clear add-on (or even a bundled option).

Most clients want:

• 6–20 vertical clips (15–60s)
• hook-first edits
• clean captions
• a few thumbnails and post titles

If you want, I’ll write a “Social Clips Add-On” section that fits your pricing style and doesn’t read like an upsell.

Two people is the simplest, but we can cover:

• 3–4 people (ideal with an extra videographer/camera)
• panel discussions
• guest rotations

If it’s more than two speakers, the additional videographer (£300) is usually money well spent because it keeps the coverage dynamic and professional.
