Core Coverage (Essential Filming)
Our Core Coverage package provides a single professional videographer to film the essential moments of your event. We’ll capture keynote presentations, important breakout sessions, and plenty of b-roll footage of attendees and the venue. This ensures you have a comprehensive record of the day – from the big stage moments to candid networking shots.
Full-day coverage starts at £650 per videographer
Half-day options are also available for smaller events.
Premium Content Package (Expanded Coverage)
For maximum content creation, our Premium Content Package deploys two videographers for the day. One videographer focuses on the main stage and overall event coverage, while the second runs a branded podcast/mini-studio on-site to capture short interviews with speakers, VIP guests or attendees
The result is an even richer collection of footage: not just a highlight reel, but a whole suite of videos (speaker soundbites, panel discussions, on-site interview clips and more) ready to be edited into shareable content.
